Hi there! My name is Emily! My husband and I moved to Tacoma in January 2025 from Texas and we are thrilled to be here! I graduated cosmetology school in 2011 and have had a very interesting ride on my journey to being behind the chair full time starting in 2020. I have a deep adoration for this industry and I'm incredibly excited to have found my place at Dolce! 

 

As an artist, getting to create daily and see my guests' joy with the work I've done for them, brings me true happiness. In this industry, no two days and no two guests are ever the same and I thrive on that! My work is completely customized, I even refer to it by your name! My specialties lie in textured cutting and lived-in, dimensional color. 

 

I love building connections with the people in my chair. I want to hear your stories and look forward to getting to know you! I enjoy the 'hairapist' part of my career and am grateful for all the moments people spend with me! 

 

Outside of the chair, we love to be outdoors with our three dogs, at home cooking, or piled on the couch watching a good show. I can't wait to hear all the recommendations about this city and state we are so happy to call home!
